Refunds and returns will apply to defective merchandise or shortages only.

Shortages:

Shortages for orders that have shipped incomplete will be completed by 1st Out
Of The Blue. We will ship the missing items at no additional shipping charge
or give credit for future purchases. Notification of shortages must be
accomplished via email within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.



Defective Merchandise:

1st Out Of The Blue will either replace or give a refund for defective
merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. Notification of defective
merchandise must be made via email within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
1st Out Of The Blue may require that the defective merchandise be returned. DO
NOT return any merchandise without first obtaining an Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
